Nido publishes annual Transparency Report
Nido Education Limited has released its latest Transparency Report, reaffirming the organisation's commitment to openness, accountability and continuous improvement across its national network of early schools.
The report provides families, team members, investors and the wider community with insights into Nido's performance, governance, quality outcomes and child safety initiatives. It reflects the organisation's belief that trust is built through transparency and that stakeholders should have access to meaningful information about how the business operates.
As one of Australia's largest providers of early childhood education and care, Nido recognises the important responsibility entrusted to it by thousands of families each day. The Transparency Report outlines the measures in place to support children's learning, wellbeing and safety, while also highlighting progress made during the year across quality, people, culture and operational performance.
Nido Chief Executive Officer Adam Lai said the report reflects the organisation's commitment to maintaining high standards and fostering a culture of accountability.
"Families place enormous trust in us when they choose a Nido early school for their child. We believe transparency is an important part of earning and maintaining that trust. This report provides a clear view of our performance, our priorities and the areas where we continue to learn and improve."
The report includes information on educational quality, child safety and wellbeing, workforce development, governance practices and organisational performance. It also outlines the initiatives undertaken to strengthen professional practice and enhance outcomes for children and families.
Throughout the year, Nido continued to invest in educator capability, leadership development and educational programs designed to support quality learning experiences across its network. The report also highlights the organisation's ongoing focus on creating safe, inclusive and nurturing environments where every child can thrive.
Transparency remains a core principle of Nido's approach to governance and stakeholder engagement. By openly sharing information about its performance and progress, the organisation aims to strengthen trust, encourage accountability and support informed decision-making by families, employees and investors.
