Nido appoints Renee Bowman as new CEO

Nido is delighted to announce the appointment of Renee Bowman as new CEO, as of May 2023. As a former CEO of Junior Adventures Group UK and YMCA Whittlesea, Renee is a highly experienced leader who will help strengthen Nido’s commitment to delivering exceptional care for children.

Having held several high-profile CEO, Senior Executive and Director roles, Renee brings significant experience including strategy, transformation, operational management and governance to our Early Schools across Australia.

Renee, a dynamic and inspirational leader, has an impressive career history in Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, the United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland and Continental Europe. As CEO, Renee will lead and support the entire Nido team to ensure fulfilment of the company mission: ‘To create an environment where people feel happy and fulfilled in their roles, with our Early schools delivering quality education that meets or exceeds the National Quality Standard in the Nido way’.

Renee’s powerful insights will also be guided by the core Nido purpose: ‘to create an environment that supports our teachers to rise and make a positive impact in the lives of children’.
