Nido’s Victorian team joins the Leadership Conference
Last week, our Western Victoria cluster joined a large cohort of managers, service providers, training organisations and Department of Education representatives to take part in our six-monthly Leadership conference. Hosted at GMHBA stadium in Geelong, Nido’s team shared ideas and were inspired by stories from within the sector, highlighting how different teams are creating opportunities to support engaging curriculums for our children, and creating safe and healthy workplaces for educators.
Networking with such a vast range of industry professionals was a wonderful opportunity to reflect on the ways that Nido is delivering high quality environments for our community, but also connecting to innovate and inspire on the endless possibilities for Nido in the future.
The Department of Education shared many key programs and up-coming changes that will influence our sector across the coming years, leaving us in good stead to consider how we may need to manage our operations in the future.
We are looking forward to another session where we can exchange ideas and share our knowledge and expertise.
